Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 23, 2025

1. Services

Alza Careers LLC (“Company”) provides personalized career-coaching services (“Services”), including live one-on-one calls, text/video feedback, playbooks, resume/LinkedIn overhauls, and extended asynchronous support.

2. Engagement & Payment

All Service fees and payment schedules are specified in the individual Engagement Agreement or invoice. By completing payment via Stripe (or other agreed method), you commit to the selected program.

3. Refund & Credit Policy

Due to the high-touch, personalized nature of our Services, payments are non-refundable. If you pause or terminate the program before completion, any unused portion will be held as a credit for future Services, valid for 12 months from the original payment date.

4. Late Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, a $15 processing fee applies, and coaching may be suspended until the balance is settled.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All materials provided by the Company or Coach are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or published without prior written consent. All client communications and recordings are confidential.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

Career outcomes depend on multiple factors; the Company makes no guarantee of employment beyond the terms of the individual Engagement Agreement. Company liability is capped at the total fees paid.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A.
